The Master Planning Process is managed by Town Staff and the Master Plan Committee, with support from a team of consultants. The Town has entered into a consulting contract to Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc. (VHB) as the prime contractor.
The Master Plan Committee will provide guidance and oversight to the process, to review the work performed by the contractors, and to act as liaison to the wider Adams community.

Consultants
Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc. (VHB) is the contractor, and is responsible for delivering the Master Plan document. They are providing specific expertise in the areas of:
- Project Management and Administration
- Community Design and Land Use
- Economic Development
- Housing
- Public Services and Facilities
- Transportation
- Implementation and Funding
- Documentation
RKG Associates, Inc. (RKG) is the sub-contractor to VHB and will lead the economic development element of the Master Plan and support VHB in the existing conditions/trend analysis and development of implementation strategies.
Berkshire Regional Planning Commission (BRPC) will be preparing the maps for the Plan.
