VHB is pleased to name Senior Vice President Tom Jackmin, PE, as the company’s Chief Strategic Growth Officer (CSGO). In this new role, Tom will focus on VHB’s complex strategic plan, advancing multiple fronts in parallel.
VHB’s efforts to further its operational and strategic advancements have empowered the firm to double in scale over the past six years. The new CSGO position reflects an evolution of VHB’s strong leadership team, as the firm thoughtfully and strategically grows, partnering with clients and communities to create a more sustainable future.
Tom will work closely with the CEO, Chief Development Officer, and Chief Operations Officer to chart VHB’s overall course to successful growth, performance, and long-term viability. Additionally, he will guide VHB in exploring industry trends and disruptors, and advancing research to help VHB actively prepare to expand our offerings and the differentiating services we provide.
Previously, Tom served as VHB’s New England Regional Manager, where he led the company’s largest region in continuous growth. He has also been an influential contributor as a member of the company’s Executive Committee and previously served on VHB’s Board of Directors.
