Public Outreach
The FAA is analyzing the environmental impacts of the T.F. Green Airport Improvement Program on natural resources as well as social, economic, and cultural resources. Members of the public often have information that can help to inform the EIS decision-making process through their specific knowledge of places and resources and the potential environmental, social, and economic effects that proposed federal actions may have on those places and resources. The FAA intends for this EIS process to provide members of the public with broad opportunities to provide input. Please view the Agency Coordination webpage for information on the process of gathering input from agencies.
For more information on public participation in the EIS process, see the Council on Environmental Quality's A Citizen's Guide to The NEPA, Having Your Voice Heard
Upcoming Public Meetings
A public hearing, which will provide for public comment on the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) will be held once the DEIS is filed.
