In support of Building a Better Richmond, Richmond Public Schools are building new facilities for students to become globally competitive in the 21st century workforce, to streamline operational costs with more modern, energy efficient buildings, and to encourage enrollment by offering top-tier learning facilities. From initial planning through design, permitting and construction, VHB’s landscape architects and engineers supported three facilities: Oak Grove-Bellemeade and Broad Rock Elementary Schools to accommodate 350 students, and Martin Luther King Middle School for 800 students.
