New York: the city that never sleeps…or stops. With vehicles constantly whizzing by, walking and driving to school can be tricky and even dangerous. VHB works alongside NYCDOT to assess traffic and pedestrian safety conditions around several schools and recommend improvements so that students can more securely do what they have always been taught—look both ways and cross the street.
