Situated in the heart of the Fenway district, this 550,000 SF mixed use development is designed to meet the demands of a dynamic live, work, play neighborhood. The developments’ success hinged on transportation improvements which made the project feasible. Samuels turned to VHB to address circulation improvements and the development of a new street, Richard B. Ross Way, completing the long-term Fenway Neighborhood master plan. Our team also worked closely with Target to address their requirements for materials management, integrating multiple loading docks into a tight urban site. Van Ness is now poised to serve the growing needs of the Fenway District.
