Imagine you had 57-acres to build a corporate headquarters. Now, image 90% of the acreage is within a floodplain. Capturing additional developable land was critical to the project’s feasibility. Our team’s technical analysis proved that there was an additional 25 acres of developable land, much more than estimated. Required was a creative stormwater and drainage plan, serving many purposes: accommodate the existing 500,000 SF requirements for the 1,300 employees, optimize LEED points by maximizing green areas, and allow for future expansions.
