Patriot Place is a mixed-use center adjacent to Gillette stadium—home of the New England Patriots. This destination includes a variety of entertainment venues and retailers, premier restaurants, and regional healthcare facilities. The Kraft Group turned to VHB to help them achieve their vision of enhancing the visitor experience and bringing activity to the site throughout the year. Strong relationships with town and state regulators and creative permitting strategies developed and implemented by our team have helped move this development forward—even with tight timelines and restrictive site access due to the NFL schedule. Our team is working on major landscape improvements to enhance the overall visitor experience, a pilot program to expand commuter rail service, and the permitting and design for 1.45‑million‑square‑feet of office and high-tech space.
