David W. Mulholland, PE
Dave, a founding partner of GMB, has more than 20 years of experience in transportation planning and traffic engineering and operations. His background includes managing interstate master plans/corridor studies, transportation systems management and operations, congestion management and enterprise GIS applications. Dave is recognized for his technical quality and delivering creative solutions to clients.
Dante A. Gabriel, PE, PTOE
A founding partner of GMB, Dante has more than 30 years of experience in traffic engineering and transportation planning. His areas of focus include development of traffic elements for Developments of Regional Impact (DRIs), comprehensive plans, specific area plans, transportation modeling and design traffic projects, and roadway corridor preliminary engineering studies.
Babuji Ambikapathy, PE, AICP
Babuji brings more than two decades of transportation planning and engineering experience. A Founding Partner of GMB, he oversaw all production work involving transportation modeling, GIS applications, developing design traffic reports, traffic operation studies (including signal warrant studies), roundabout feasibility studies, intersection analysis, traffic data collection (including Bluetooth technology and video detection), and performing growth management reviews.
Grady Smith, Jr.
Grady leads the Atlanta operation, Metro Planning & Engineering, a division of VHB and has 20 years of transportation planning and traffic engineering experience. He has worked in the public and private sector serving as project manager on numerous transportation planning studies. Grady began his professional career working as an MPO staff member in Pinellas County and expanded his transit-related experience in Atlanta working for clients such as MARTA and the Atlanta Beltline.
Mansoor is well-known for his expertise in the interchange access and approval process. He served as one of the authors of the FDOT Interchange Handbook and provided training to the government and private agencies. Mansoor has 20 years of experience in the transportation industry and has participated on a variety of transportation projects in Pakistan and United Arab Emerates, in addition to the U.S. He currently supports FDOT District-Five on all of its access management needs; interchange approvals; SIS studies and designations; freight activities; grant application; economic evaluations, and research projects.
