Thanks to stellar reviews from the Orlando team, VHB's Orlando office was recently named the top-ranked large firm in the 2019 Best Places to Work in Orlando survey.
Conducted by the Orlando Business Journal, the Best Places to Work competition honors the area's leading employers. Company rankings were determined by an anonymous online employee engagement survey, which evaluated team effectiveness, retention, employee alignment with company goals, trust with co-workers, individual contribution, manager effectiveness, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, work engagement, and people practices. Over 70% of the Orlando team participated in the survey.
VHB earned a score of 93.19% employee satisfaction, with VHBers citing the company's focus on creating an environment of teamwork and inclusivity, opportunities for growth, along with activities to give back to the community through the Charity Committee as some of the reasons they think VHB is a great place to work.
