As the needs of our clients across New York State and the surrounding area grow, and projects become more complex, VHB’s growing transportation team will bring innovative solutions and new perspectives to state, federal, and private projects.
Chris Lilholt
As Project Manager, Chris Lilholt, PE, PTOE, will partner with clients to develop solutions and successful project outcomes. Chris’s 28 years of experience includes leading and managing traffic impact analyses, transportation master plans, corridor studies, intermodal facility planning and design, and circulation studies. Her work for federal, state, regional, and local agencies, as well as institutions and private developers across the region will add valuable insight to our transportation practice.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Clarkson University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in New York, Massachusetts, Florida, Georgia, and Virginia. Chris obtained her Professional Traffic Operations Engineer Certification and is an active member in the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE).
