VHB Welcomes Michelle Augustino as Project Executive in the Northeast Region

VHB is pleased to welcome Michelle Augustino as Project Executive in the Northeast Region. Michelle’s deep experience leading projects for key Institutions clients will strengthen our team’s ability to understand and address client challenges, allowing for smooth delivery and a seamless and integrated client experience.

As Project Executive, Michelle will work closely with project managers and their teams to successfully execute projects and position VHB to develop long-term client relationships. Michelle will be engaged throughout a project’s life cycle and provide key guidance based on her knowledge of client goals and expectations. As part of VHB’s integrated services approach, Michelle will help our teams look at each project holistically while incorporating the knowledge, unique needs, and sensitivities of the client.

Prior to joining VHB, Michelle worked in Business Development as a senior project management for Northwell Health, where she led the planning of a portfolio consisting of 62 ambulatory projects representing $190 million in assets. Prior to joining Northwell Health’s Business Development team, Michelle was a project manager for Corporate Facilities where she led numerous projects through construction, primarily on the Cohen Children Hospital and LIJ Valley Stream campuses. In addition to her work in the Institutions arena, Michelle also incorporated a construction company, North Island Construction, where she managed multiple projects through their lifecycle while monitoring risk and scope through successful completion.
