Describe an interesting VHB project that you are currently working on. We’re near completion of a Sustainability Management Plan at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport. While a challenging project in many respects, it has been exciting in two ways: first, the focus has been very much about the socio-economic aspects of sustainability – employee engagement, equity, well-being, and second, we completed a climate vulnerability assessment through a collaborative stakeholder engagement process. Not many airports have yet focused on either of these aspects.
