Prologis Park

Cranbury, NJ

To promote employee well-being and active outdoor engagement, Prologis Park reimagined its 152.1-acre logistics facility by introducing new recreation spaces, walkways, and amenities designed to elevate site aesthetics and accessibility, while supporting a healthier, more productive workplace.

VHB developed two recreational areas featuring permeable walkways, fabric shade structures, picnic and game tables, raised planters, and extensive landscaping. ADA-compliant curb ramps were upgraded, and signage was refreshed to improve navigation across the site. A perimeter walkway separated from vehicle circulation encourages physical and social activity.

VHB collaborated with Cranbury Township, Middlesex County Planning Board, the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP), Delaware River Canal Commission, and Freehold Soil Conservation District to align project improvements with local and state regulations and priorities.
