Jay Jenkins, VHB Georgia Real Estate & Institutions Market Leader, has been selected for the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Atlanta Center for Leadership Class of 2026. This immersive nine-month program helps guide the responsible development of the region by strengthening connections and understanding among Atlanta organizations that influence real estate development and the built environment.
“It’s an honor to be selected for this year’s ULI Atlanta Center for Leadership class,” said Jay. “I’m looking forward to the collaboration and varied perspectives on the development of the built environment we all bring as we explore the future of our region.”
With a career spanning more than two decades in Georgia’s AEC industry, Jay brings knowledge and innovative approaches to ULI Atlanta—whose mission is to shape the future of the built environment for transformative impact in communities worldwide. VHB Georgia’s projects are deeply intertwined with the growth and evolution of the Atlanta metro region, including providing transportation and engineering services to MARTA in support of Atlanta’s transit system, helping the Atlanta Regional Commission develop its first Regional Safety Strategy, and enhancing Paces Mill Park.
