Her role adds new senior-level resources to help clients navigate complex projects and guide integrated VHB teams in shaping strategies that bring our clients’ visions to life across the five boroughs.”

At VHB, Julieanne will partner with developers, public agencies, and institutional clients to guide integrated VHB teams in advancing projects that contribute to New York City’s growth and resilience. Her background in discretionary land use, entitlement, economic development, and public engagement will be instrumental in helping clients achieve successful outcomes.
