Lauren Rose, Senior Project Engineer, was honored with the Commercial Real Estate Women Network’s (CREW) Coastal Virginia 2025 Excellence in Leadership Award, recognizing her impactful service and leadership within the organization.
CREW is a global organization dedicated to advancing women in commercial real estate through business networking, industry research, leadership development, and career outreach. The Excellence in Leadership Award recognizes a chair or co-chair who demonstrates exceptional service and leads initiatives that strengthen and grow the chapter. Lauren’s exemplify the organization’s mission and values, including her role in supporting membership growth from 82 to 103 members in 2025, assisting with the review and distribution of applications, and maintaining an active presence at chapter events to foster meaningful relationships.
“I’m honored to be recognized by an organization that has played such an important role in my professional growth,” said Lauren. “VHB’s support of involvement in organizations like CREW has allowed me to build meaningful connections, expand my professional network, and continue learning alongside such an inspiring group of leaders within CREW Coastal Viriginia.”
Looking ahead, Lauren was also sworn in as a member of the chapter’s 2026–2027 Board of Directors, where she will continue contributing to the organization’s future and fostering industry relationships. Her recognition highlights the importance of leadership, collaboration, and professional engagement.
