VHB recently launched our new Client Experience (CX) Leadership Series with our first cohort of 23 employee participants from across the company. This exciting year-long leadership series will provide enhanced methods to strengthen client relationships and improve the overall experience we deliver. Through in-person and virtual sessions, participants will learn from their own shared perspectives, as well as perspectives from VHB leaders, external coaches, and our clients.
