The Environmental Business Council of New England (EBC) recently recognized the Norwalk Brownfields Inventory and Dashboard project at their annual APEX Awards Celebration as a finalist for the Community Choice Award, which celebrates outstanding environmental or energy projects.
The Community Choice Award highlights the sense of community within the energy and environmental industry and spotlights projects that feature creative problem solving, innovative ideas, and excellent leadership.
Planning & Design Senior Project Manager Ken Schwartz, Senior Urban Planner/Technologist Andrew Buck, and Director of Environmental Services Amy Vaillancourt attended the awards ceremony in Boston.

“We’re so honored to be among the finalists for this community recognition,” said Amy. “The Dashboard will be instrumental in transforming brownfields into community assets in Norwalk and beyond.”
