VHB Celebrates Orlando Business Journal 2025 Best Places to Work Award

VHB’s Orlando office has once again been recognized by the Orlando Business Journal as a Best Places to Work in Orlando, securing its position in the medium-size firm category. The 2025 accolade highlights VHB's commitment to fostering a dynamic and inclusive workplace that prioritizes employee well-being and professional growth.

Pete Pavao, Operations Manager at VHB Orlando, expressed his pride in the recognition.

VHB's Orlando team, composed of more than 140 passionate engineers, scientists, planners, and designers, is actively engaged in transformative projects across Central Florida, including the City of Orlando REACH Mobile Resiliency Hub, Creative Village & Luminary Green Park, and the CFX Northeast Connector, among others.

The office's vibrant culture is reflected through many programs, including Employee Resource Groups and activities, such as book clubs, coffee hours, cornhole tournaments, mini golf, and wellness walks around Lake Eola. The VHB IDEAL employee resource group fosters inclusiveness and diversity, engaging employees on shared interests and promoting awareness across the company.

The Orlando office also participates in the company’s annual VBay auction, raising funds for local charities through silent auctions, daily raffles, and hybrid wrap party live auctions. Since its founding more than 40 years ago, VHB and its employees have raised more than four million dollars for local charitable organizations.
