VHB is pleased to announce that Piotr Swietuchowski, PE, has been named Executive Service Leader, a new role designed to advance growth across VHB’s core services, strengthening firmwide integration and elevating how VHB delivers solutions to clients.
In this role, Piotr will lead VHB’s Service Leader Organization, focusing on leveraging technology, expanding the skills and capabilities of employees, and delivering integrated outcomes. Working closely with VHB’s Executive Leadership Team, he will help align project delivery and execution while positioning VHB as best-in-class at collaborating across disciplines and geographies.

With more than two decades at VHB, Piotr is an action-oriented leader who brings a client first perspective shaped by guiding complex, multi-disciplinary work across markets and geographies. His background spans both delivery and growth roles—leading our land development service line and growth along the I-64 Corridor—which positions him to help teams accelerate innovation and deliver consistent, high-quality services across projects.
