VHB has promoted Ryan Noyes to Senior Director, Technology Enablement, and Dale Abbott to Senior Director, Geospatial Strategy & Services. These two newly created roles will strengthen the company’s ability to advance its data, technology, and AI strategies in support of delivering value to its clients and the communities it serves.
In his new role, Ryan will oversee VHB’s regional technology leads, strengthening coordination and consistency across the footprint. With more than 30 years at VHB, Ryan brings deep organizational relationships and a practical understanding of how technology supports client project delivery, including through the advancement of Digital Project Delivery initiatives.
Dale will bring VHB’s regional geographic information system (GIS) leads together under a unified structure, guiding service delivery, technical excellence, and strategic direction for GIS work throughout the firm. His more than 20 years of GIS background, combined with extensive client and project experience, will inform his leadership in this role.
