VHB has once again been named to Crain’s New York Business 100 Best Places to Work in New York City, taking the 23rd spot and ranking within the top 35 companies three years in a row. The list for 2022 encompasses a broad range of firms in multiple industries within New York City that are culture-driven, flexible, and supportive of the professional growth and wellness of their employees. All the firms recognized in this year’s program provide opportunities for remote work, and VHB’s hybrid workplace model continues to be a key differentiator.

This honor is the culmination of an employee survey ranking work environment, growth opportunities, leadership and mentorship, and benefits ranging from traditional to unique. Highlights of the firm’s employee offerings include support for career development, a culture of collaboration, and a commitment to work/life balance and employee well-being.

VHB also fosters a culture of diversity and belonging through ongoing diversity awareness programs, frequent seminars and workshops, celebrations of cultural holidays and flexible floating holidays, and the efforts of a robust employee resources group, VHB IDEAL (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity Alliance). Since its formation in 2018, VHB IDEAL has engaged employees on shared concerns and interests and promotes awareness, inclusiveness, openness, and diversity across the company.

“We are honored to be recognized as a Best Place to Work for three years running and to improve our rank with each passing year,” said Joe Pizzurro, NYC Managing Director. “It speaks volumes to VHB’s commitment to building a balanced, supportive culture and being an employer of choice.”

Congratulations again, VHB New York!
