With the recent announcement of VHB’s advancement into its new Piedmont Atlantic region, we are excited to introduce the leaders who will guide our Georgia offices in Atlanta, Buford, and Tucker into the next phase of growth and innovation.
Regan Hammond, AICP
Beginning in January, Regan will step into the role of Managing Director of VHB Georgia. Since joining VHB five years ago, Regan has distinguished herself as a trusted advisor in multimodal transportation and community planning, transit solutions, and transportation and safety studies. She is widely respected throughout Georgia’s transportation industry and has been repeatedly recognized by American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) Georgia as one of its 100 Influential Women in Georgia Engineering. Regan’s exceptional ability to engage decision-makers and stakeholders has resulted in meaningful, sustainable solutions across the state. In this role, Regan will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of VHB’s Georgia offices and more than 100 employees, as well as developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and success. Her proven leadership and forward-thinking approach make her well-suited to guide our team through this exciting new chapter.
Jay Jenkins
Jay has been appointed as Operations Manager of VHB Georgia. A member of Urban Land Institute (ULI) Atlanta’s Center for Leadership Class of 2026, Jay has extensive experience managing complex projects across Metro Atlanta. Since joining VHB earlier this year, he has expanded our presence in the real estate and institutional markets throughout Georgia, leading growth in the . In his new role, Jay will focus on advancing business and financial goals, strengthening client relationships, and optimizing project performance and delivery.
