VHB's land development and landscape architecture teams took Sprouts Farmers Market's newest Florida location from concept to completion, providing integrated site design, civil engineering, landscape architecture, permitting, and construction-phase support for the Eagle Creek Community store that celebrated its ribbon-cutting on June 12, 2026. The project marks an important milestone for one of Central Florida's most established master-planned communities, bringing a new specialty grocery option to residents while supporting the area’s long-term vision for growth.
Delivering the store required close coordination across disciplines to meet Sprouts' brand standards while navigating local permitting requirements and site constraints. VHB designed the site to support safe traffic circulation and convenient access within Eagle Creek’s growing commercial district, reinforcing the walkable, mix-use character that has defined the community’s development.
