Two VHB transportation projects were recently featured in an Engineering Florida story about how artificial intelligence (AI) and virtual reality (VR) are opening possibilities across the state. The publication spoke to Frank Gross, Safety Practice Leader at VHB, about how we helped Osceola County deploy a system that provides data in real-time to enhance safety. They also spotlighted the City of Orlando Smart Orlando Downtown Advanced Traffic Operations (SODA TOP) project that used AI to examine and optimize signal performance at busy intersections.
