VHB is pleased to welcome David Geller as Northeast Institutional Market Leader, supporting the firm’s continued growth across complex institutional markets where long-term planning, infrastructure investment, and community impact intersect. As healthcare, education, and cultural organizations face evolving demands, David’s experience strengthens VHB’s ability to guide institutions through holistic, future-ready solutions.
David brings more than 20 years of healthcare leadership experience, including senior roles within leading New York City health systems. His background spans capital planning, design and construction, and portfolio-level decision-making from the owner’s perspective, along with earlier experience in real estate consulting and development across New Jersey and the Mid-Atlantic. This combination positions him to help institutions connect strategy to execution with clarity and confidence.
“David’s experience leading capital programs within major healthcare systems gives him a strong, strategic view of how institutions make decisions,” said David Quart, Northeast Markets Development Lead. “He understands how individual projects fit into a broader portfolio and how capital choices shape an institution’s future. That perspective will be invaluable as we help clients position themselves for long-term success across the Northeast.”
In his role, David will lead strategic market growth for institutional clients, helping organizations plan and deliver integrated solutions that align facilities, infrastructure, and operations. His work will help guide organizations through growth and transformation while strengthening VHB’s role as a trusted advisor.
“VHB presents a unique opportunity to advise institutions earlier, more comprehensively, and with greater clarity,” David said. “I’m excited to bring my experience to a firm that values collaboration, strategy, and lasting community impact.”
