Gareth Middleton Joins VHB as Northeast Director of Program Management

VHB welcomes Gareth Middleton, PE, as the Northeast Director of Program Management. Gareth brings more than three decades of experience in civil engineering, program management, project controls, and intricate construction projects across the public and private sectors.

Prior to joining VHB, Gareth served as a Project Executive at a professional services firm based in the New York metropolitan area, successfully steering significant transportation and infrastructure programs throughout the Northeast Region. His extensive portfolio features high-impact projects such as the New Jersey Wind Port, Newark Terminal C for United Airlines, NJ Transit Delco Lead and County Yard Project, the LaGuardia Airport Redevelopment Program, and the NJ Transit ARC Tunnel Project (now known as the Gateway Program).

Gareth is a licensed Professional Engineer and holds both a Bachelor and Master of Science in Civil Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
