Sheila Reeves Joins VHB as Water Resources Service Director for VHB RVA | Hampton Roads

VHB welcomes Sheila Reeves, PE, CFM, as Water Resources Service Director for the RVA | Hampton Roads region. In her new role, Sheila will lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, resilient solutions for stormwater management, MS4 compliance, green infrastructure, and flood mitigation while mentoring staff and supporting clients across Virginia.

With more than 25 years of experience in stormwater management, watershed planning, and floodplain compliance, Sheila brings deep technical knowledge and proven leadership to support clients in addressing complex water resources challenges.

Sheila’s portfolio includes citywide drainage studies, FEMA floodplain reviews, and award-winning green infrastructure projects such as the Mulberry Run Constructed Wetland in Waynesboro, Virginia—recognized with both the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Performance and Innovation in the SRF Creating Environmental Success (PISCES) Award and the Chesapeake Stormwater Network’s Best Habitat Creation Award.
