VHB is growing to meet client needs and support large, complex projects. Since January 1, the company has welcomed 160 new team members—including 50 full-time technical professionals in New England. Among the new team members are environmental planners and scientists, geomatics professionals, transportation and traffic engineers, civil engineers, and structural designers, including more than a dozen senior-level positions such as project manager.

“Thanks to great relationships with our clients and partners, we’ve had the opportunity to take on some of the largest infrastructure projects happening across our footprint,” says Chief Strategic Growth Officer, Tom Jackmin. “Growing our team is part of our commitment to maintaining the highest level of client service and being ready to deliver what our clients need, when they need us.”

Hiring at both the regional and corporate levels has enabled VHB to offer tactical support and oversight combined with a OneVHB approach that leverages talent from across the company to provide additional capacity and specialized knowledge—a best-of-both-worlds strategy to meet client needs now and into the future.
