Advancing a Diverse, Equitable and Inclusive Culture

VHB established a DEI Steering Committee to further advance the firm’s strategic priority of advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion, both internally and externally—focusing on culture, community, clients and the industry. VHB’s Employee Resource Group, VHB IDEAL (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity Alliance), engages VHBers on shared concerns and interests and promotes awareness, inclusiveness, openness, and diversity across the company. We recognize that our efforts have no end date; we will always be iterating and improving as we continue on this journey.
