In the June issue of ITE Journal, the Class of 2023 Young Leaders to Follow was announced, which included Rachel Dooley from VHB’s Providence office. The program was designed to recognize and highlight talented ITE members under the age of 35 who have already made a mark in the transportation industry.
Rachel has been an active and exuberant member of ITE since 2015 and has contributed significantly to its growth and development. She’s become a role model for others and served as the New England Section Chronicle Newsletter Editor from 2016-2018. In 2022, Rachel was elected as the President of the New England Section and played a key role in leading the reorganization effort of splitting the larger New England Section into three smaller sections.
