Business New Hampshire evaluates organizations based on an extensive employer survey detailing benefits and workplace practices and an employee engagement survey that evaluates views on job satisfaction, career development, and company culture. To further refine the ranking, business and HR executives conducted site tour visits of the top 12 companies that consisted of interviews with the top executive, a focus group discussion with employees, and a tour of the facility.
