To design the next generation of apartment community, the Eagle Creek Development Corporation turned to VHB. Our integrated services team worked hand-in-hand with Eagle Creek’s in-house staff to maintain an aggressive construction schedule while processing multiple development phases concurrently. Each phase of the project—from the master utility system to the master infrastructure systems, including roadways, pedestrian trails, drainage, and stormwater systems—was designed in harmony with nature and family living. The resulting resort-style community is vibrant and active, hosts unique amenities like a demonstration kitchen, and is uniquely positioned to support job growth in Lake Nona’s Medical City.
