Building on a strong partnership established during the award-winning Pinehills development, VHB served as a trusted partner and lead consultant, providing integrated planning, engineering, and design services to guide the project from early visioning through implementation. Since 2004, the team has navigated a range of complexities, including community opposition, evolving regulatory requirements, economic challenges, and extensive local, state, and federal permitting processes.
Through strategic planning and innovative design, VHB helped shape Redbrook into a vibrant, mixed-use village featuring residential neighborhoods, commercial amenities, and community destinations.
