With a deep understanding of the local infrastructure network, key relationships with City officials, and a strategic project approach, we provided solutions quickly and cost-effectively. We maintained permitting momentum, provided infrastructure design solutions to complement the restricted urban nature of the site, and facilitated rigorous mitigation programs. Our planners and engineers prepared a Transportation Access Plan and Environmental Impact Report that achieved state and city requirements and kept the project on track.
