The Pier House Resort & Spa is an iconic Key West destination featuring a private white sand beach, award-winning restaurants and a full-service spa. The resort sits in the heart of the city on Duval Street, a vibrant corridor with dining, shopping, galleries, and historic landmarks.
VHB collaborated with Premier Project Management to enhance the guest experience through reimagining outdoor amenities. Our landscape designers created new concepts for the existing pool area and introduced new features, including an infinity pool, an expanded deck and cabana area for socializing and dining, and upgraded walkways, landscaping, and lighting.
The new design supports the resort’s operational goals, aesthetic vision, and budget, and satisfies the requirements of the City of Key West, the South Florida Water Management District, and the Florida Department of Health. Once built, the new amenities will create a memorable destination that elevates the guest experience and enhances the long-term value of this signature waterfront property.
