VHB is working with Sunrise Senior Living to construct an 85-unit Senior Living Community on a site with a history of use as a gasoline filling station and automotive service station dating back to 1926. VHB conducted Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, as well as a hazardous building materials assessment. The VHB Team will also be characterizing up to 24,000 tons of soil for off-site export to facilitate construction of the new building, which includes subgrade parking.
