Our team’s long-term relationships in the Town of Burlington and with local and state permitting agencies has allowed us to secure permits to meet critical construction deadlines and opening day schedules. Most recently, VHB assisted with the repositioning of Sears, as well as Sears Automotive Center, into a new lifestyle center with multiple brands, restaurants, and first-to-market concepts including Joss & Main, Miltons, Parm, and Fogo de Chao.
