VHB is supporting Chase Bank as it expands into the Carolinas, a region with strong market potential. This growth strategy is driven in part by demographics shifts and increased migration to the Southeast, which is a result of the region’s economic growth in manufacturing, technology and the financial service sectors. Through the expansion, Chase seeks to enhance access to banking services and create new employment opportunities within local communities.
VHB is collaborating with the project team, which includes Chase Bank, JLL, BDG Architects, and the developers and owners of grocery-anchored sites, to provide a full spectrum of project lifecycle phases—from due diligence and site design to permitting and construction administration. Our extensive program management experience, combined with effective communication among team members, is helping with project execution. VHB is facilitating a smooth transition from design to construction, enabling the team to meet key development milestones and critical opening day schedules.
