Princeton Oaks Industrial Development

Orlando, FL

Princeton Oaks is one of the largest Class A industrial parks in the City of Orlando, offering over one million square feet of state-of-the-art space, in 10 multi-tenant industrial buildings. Strategically located near major highways, it is centrally located in Orange County and close to downtown Orlando, providing access to more than 3.75 million consumers within a 60-minute drive.

VHB collaborated with the development team to rezone the property and deliver the infrastructure for this 123-acre site. Our team helped change the land use designation from residential to industrial and amended the zoning for the planned unit development, securing the necessary permits through close coordination with the City, community, and multiple stakeholders.

In addition, VHB addressed complex transportation challenges by improving circulation and mitigating the impacts of increased truck traffic. Upgrades were made to WD Judge Drive and New Hampshire Street to accommodate higher truck volumes. VHB also designed a bridge and a box culvert over the John Young Canal to improve north-south connectivity with the adjacent public roads. These efforts supported the community's economic growth and market demand for new space, while maintaining the quality of life.
