VHB worked with Philip Morris USA on the expansion and renovation of a 750,000‑square‑foot warehouse to meet changing product distribution needs. We secured permits and designed the infrastructure to support the 250,000‑square‑foot distribution center expansion, including utility relocations and upgrades, as well as new roadway, parking, and service dock improvements. Our pavement management team conducted a structural assessment that resulted in the phased replacement of pavements at 240 loading docks. VHB also evaluated the stormwater BMP and prepared a permit to bring this facility into compliance with state agency requirements.
